I believe life is about feeling empowered to make choices that feel right for you.  This is something that can seem impossible in the busy world we live in.  We are trapped by the MATRIX; an invisible energy frequency that keeps us controlled by the never ending to do list. By feelings of what we “should” achieve or what we “have” to do.

As a busy parent with three beautiful kids, and a business owner, this was my life.  I was drowning in doing and stuck in struggle.  With a myriad of health issues, I needed to change my life.  Applying my extensive experience as an energy healer and academic teacher, I developed an approach that made the seemingly impossible, possible.  An approach that helped me let go of limiting beliefs, break free from the matrix conditioning, and feel empowered to make choices that created ease and flow in my life, and in the lives of my family.

Now I’m focused on helping you, your family, and families around the world do the same.  This is my intention.  To show families the way.  To help you raise your vibration and tap into higher consciousness.  To connect you with your intuition and awaken you to the truth that you have the power to change you and your family’s reality.
