The 9 Rites of the Munay-Ki Agreement

INCLUSIONS:

The 9 Rites of the Munay-Ki Program is a 10 week online course comprising of energy work, support and mentoring, to guide you in your personal growth and development.

The  Program will consist of:

• An introductory ‘intention setting ceremony’
• 9 x Sessions to receive the 9 Munay-Ki Rites
• A Munay-Ki Handbook (pdf) with details of the Rites and initiations
• Ongoing mentoring and support in a designated private Facebook community

Your participation in the Munay-Ki Rites Program runs from the start date for a full 10 weeks.

GROUP Ceremony sessions:

Group Ceremony Sessions run each week at specified times and may alternate to be inclusive of our global IPIK family and accommodate people in multiple timezones.

Each group session will be roughly 2hrs in length and will take place online.  Please note: all times and dates are a reference to Brisbane time (Australian Eastern Standard Time AEST).  The calls will take place using the online platform Zoom, details of which will be posted into the Facebook Group ready for the call that month.

Your Coach would love for you to attend each call but understands that this is not always possible and ultimately it is up to you whether you chose to participate or not.  Replacement calls are not available if you miss a session however a recording of the call will be posted in the Facebook Group to listen to the replay.

Calls are live so it is your responsibility to be on time to the calls; if you are late, the call will still finish at the set time. It is also your responsibility to ensure that you have working internet.  

On the rare occurrence that Your Coach is unable to attend a call due to sickness, internet connectivity issues, technological difficulties or other circumstances outside of their control, you will be notified as soon as possible and a replacement call will be scheduled.

RELATIONSHIP:

You are entering into a coaching relationship with IPIK. By entering into this relationship you are making a commitment to yourself and to this Munay-Ki Rites Program to make your own decisions and drive your own results.

Your Coach is not a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or medical professional so cannot advise you on medications or any related subject. If this topic arises it is your responsibility to seek these services from a licensed professional.

Our responsibility is to:

• Hold space for your journey of self-exploration, spiritual discovery, insight, activation and grounded awareness
• Guide you to find clarity, mentor you to take action aligned with your heart, and support you as you do so
• Honour you in your inner knowing of your purpose, your desires, and your physical, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing
• Help you to find the tools and practices that are right for you

You are responsible for:

• Your choices that you make before, during and after the sessions
• How you use the practices and tools that we share with you
• Honouring your journey and the work required between sessions
• Listening with discernment to concepts and insights that we share with you
• Answering questions or completing practices as invited to
• Accepting, declining or suggesting something else at any time

As you travel with us in this safe and supported space, we ask that you are loving and true to yourself, and your Coach throughout this relationship. We will be open, clear, authentic, compassionate and supportive in our endeavour to meet your intentions, and we ask you to do the same.

If any issues arise during the Munay-Ki Rites Program, please raise these with your Coach as soon as possible or contact IPIK so we can work them out together.

COMMUNICATION:

IPIK welcomes communication in between group calls via the Facebook Group, therefore Facebook Messenger messages or other personal messages will not be responded to unless there is an emergency.  If you have a personal issue you would like to discuss please email [email protected] and we will be in touch as soon as possible.  Please post any other queries or questions directly into the Facebook Group.

It is our expectation that you will reach out if you hit a “sticky” spot that you would like some feedback on, and that you will share the successes that you have on the way to creating the family life you love! The Facebook Group is for you to utilise as much as you wish and is the best form of contact.

We will respond as soon as practicable to any of your questions and aim to actively communicate in the group, but please be aware that weekends are Your Coach’s days off so any posts on those days will be responded to as soon as possible the following week. There will of course be minimal exceptions due to illness, travel and holidays. Your Coach will communicate clearly with you regarding times that they will be unavailable.

PAYMENT:

Payments can be made in full or on a weekly schedule but must be made by the agreed dates and no cancellations or refunds are available. If payments are not completed within the required date and/or in the instance that you have insufficient funds, an additional $30USD will be charged unless:

• You send a request for extension to IPIK Project at [email protected]
• Your Coach expressly agrees to the request.

If your credit card expires during the course of the payment plan, you will be required to supply new details to continue to make the payments. IPIK reserves the right to suspend your access to the program if payments are more than 7 days after the specified due date.

REFUND POLICY:

The Munay-Ki Rites Program has limited spaces and requires your active participation so that your Coach can get to know you and work with you and the other group members. For this reason, you are unable to pause or put on hold your membership to take part in a different rotation of the Program without the express written consent of IPIK.

If you are unable to take part in the Program, or do not use or interact with the content or communication via the Facebook Group, or do not attend the calls for any reason, you will be unable to obtain a full or partial refund of your payment.

Due to the nature of the delivery of the Program, if for any reason you decide not to continue with the program, payment will be due in full within 14 days of this notice being given, regardless of how much access or participation you have received until then.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

During our time together you will share information with IPIK that is likely to be personal and private. We honour your right to confidentiality and will not communicate anything that is said within the privacy of our relationship with any third party, except where agreed with you or as required by law.

PRIVACY POLICY

Detailed records will be kept of the sessions for the period of time stipulated by law, and we may use your contact information in relation to appointment reminders, newsletters, workshops, group events and other special offers.  A detailed copy of the privacy policy is available on the IPIK website for you to read to understand how your data will be used.

TESTIMONIALS:

You agree that if you provide IPIK with a video testimonial, review, comment or feedback on the Munay-Ki Rites Program that this may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your testimonial, review, comment or feedback to be used for promotional purposes then please let IPIK know in writing.

GUARANTEES:

You recognise that IPIK and your Coach are dedicated to your success and that with hard work and an open mind, you can create life-changing results. However, as with anything in life, there is no guarantee of results and your success will depend on your effort and choices made outside of the Group Program.

GOVERNING LAW:

This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You are fully aware that you are able to seek legal advice regarding this agreement and agree that you have had the time and opportunity to do so. Any dispute will be settled within Queensland and if necessary, will use Queensland Courts.

TERMINATION:

This agreement will terminate after The Program end date as detailed in this document, however all terms under the Confidentiality and Payment headings survive termination of this agreement. This means that both You and Your Coach have the responsibility to honour confidentiality after the termination of the agreement.

If any part of this Contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a Court, the rest of the Contract remains fully operational and enforceable subject to the termination clause
