We are honoured to be guiding you as you step into this sacred container with IPIK. Over the next 12 weeks you will be diving deep into your limiting beliefs and the old stories that have kept you trapped, and you WILL change the future of your family forever!
We will lovingly support you to discover your own path by holding a safe space and guiding you in this healing process, so you can lean into the uncomfortable areas you have been afraid to go. As you step into becoming the parent you have always wanted to be, you are letting go of the guilt and shame that’s been controlling you, and learning to fully embracing Intuitive Family Living!
It is important that we have a mutual understanding about the procedures and responsibilities that will be in place whilst working together, so please read the Client Agreement below and get in touch if you have any questions.

‘intuitive family accelerator’ CLIENT Agreement
This deeply spiritual journey is a cooperative relationship between you, and IPIK Project as detailed in this agreement:
INCLUSIONS:
The ‘Intuitive Family Accelerator’ is a three month online program comprising of healing, support and coaching, to guide you and your family in your growth and development.
Your participation in the Program runs from the start date for a full 12 weeks.

COURSE CONTENT:
IPIK will provide all elements of the Program as detailed above, including but not limited to Group Coaching Calls, SRA Healing Sessions, Soul Plan Reading, Facebook Group interaction, access to learning modules and any other relevant content as per the level of Program you selected to join.
Any information including photos and videos posted in the Facebook Group, weekly content, processes or tools provided by your Coach, usernames or passwords, addresses or contact numbers seen by or provided to you, or any similar materials (‘Program Materials’) are confidential and must not be shared or given to people outside the Group Program without prior express consent from the author. If the author is your Coach or IPIK, the prior express consent must be in writing.
Program Materials may not be copied, modified, licensed, published, transmitted, distributed, uploaded, broadcast, sold or otherwise transferred or shared without IP-IK’s prior written express consent.
GROUP COACHING CALLS:
Group Coaching Calls run every month and will be will be roughly 2hrs in length, held using the online platform Zoom. Details and Zoom links will be posted into the Facebook Group. Calls are live so it is your responsibility to be on time and have working internet; if you are late, the call will still finish at the set time.
You are making a commitment to be present at these calls (time zone dependent), but we understand that it is not always possible in times of emergency, illness, holiday etc. Please note that replacement calls are not available if you miss a session, however a recording of the call will be posted in the Facebook Group to listen to the replay.
On the rare occurrence that an IPIK Teacher/Mentor is unable to facilitate a call due to sickness, internet connectivity issues, technological difficulties or other circumstances outside of our control, you will be notified as soon as possible and a replacement call will be scheduled.
SOUL RESONANCE ALIGNMENT (SRA) HEALING Sessions:
Your SRA Healing sessions are conducted on Zoom and last around 90 minutes. They are scheduled on a monthly basis in discussion with your Mentor, and a link will be sent to you so you can join the Zoom meetings online.
Session times can only be rearranged in consultation with your Mentor if at least 24hours notice is given to change the appointment, and there is adequate availability. Less than 24hours notice will result in that session being forfeited. Replacement calls are not available if you miss a session and all sessions must be used within the 12 week period.
Sessions are live so it is your responsibility to be on time to the calls; if you are late, the session will still finish at the set time. It is also your responsibility to ensure that you have working internet and come prepared (it is useful to have a pen and paper to take notes, as well as tissues and water nearby). Please note that calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
On the rare occurrence that your Personal Development Mentor is unable to attend a session due to sickness, internet connectivity issues, technological difficulties or other circumstances outside of their control, you will be notified as soon as possible and a replacement session will be scheduled. If your Mentor is unable to continue your Personal Development Healing Journey due to unforeseen circumstances, IPIK will find an alternative practitioner to work with you to complete your sessions.
ONGOING sUPPORT:
Throughout your journey in this Program you will be held in a supportive, open-hearted space of non-judgement. The FB Group is the Sacred Container where all correspondence will take place and you have the opportunity to share your personal stories, wins, struggles, and ask any questions. You are committed to actively sharing and participating in this space on a regular basis to get the most out of the Program.
In addition, if you have selected the VIP UPGRADE, your Personal Development Mentor is there to support you with your personal growth and development and you can reach out to them for guidance through FB Messenger at any time during the 12 weeks. They will always aim to respond to your messages within 24hours but please be mindful that weekends are your Mentor’s time off!
relationship:
You are entering into a coaching relationship with IPIK. By entering into this relationship you are making a commitment to yourself and to this Program to make your own decisions and drive your own results.
IPIK Teachers and Mentors cannot be considered a replacement for a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or medical professional so are not able to advise you on medications or any related subject. If this topic arises it is your responsibility to seek these services from a licensed professional.

As you travel with us in this safe and supported space. we ask that you are loving and true to yourself, and your Teachers and Mentors throughout this relationship. We will be open, clear, authentic, compassionate and supportive in our endeavour to meet your intentions, and we ask you to do the same.
If any issues arise during this 12 week Program, please raise these with your Mentor as soon as possible or contact IPIK so we can work them out together.
PAYMENT:
Payments can be made in full or on a payment plan as per the selection you made at the website checkout, or via special agreement with IPIK. Payments must be made by the agreed dates and no cancellations or refunds are available. If payments are not completed within the required date and/or in the instance that you have insufficient funds, an additional $50USD will be charged unless:
If your credit card expires during the course of the payment plan, you will be required to supply new details to continue to make the payments. IPIK reserves the right to suspend your access to the program if payments are more than 7 days after the specified due date.
REFUND POLICY:
The ‘Intuitive Family Accelerator’ has limited spaces and requires your active participation so that your Teachers and Mentors can support you in the best way possible. For this reason, you are unable to pause or put your sessions on hold without the express written consent of IPIK. If you are unable to take part in your sessions, or do not use all the coaching and healing sessions within the allotted time (12 weeks) you will be unable to obtain a full or partial refund of your payment.
Due to the nature of the Program, if for any reason you decide not to continue with the full druation, payment will be due in full within 14 days of this notice being given, regardless of how much access or participation you have received until then.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
During our time together you will share information with IPIK that is likely to be personal and private. We honour your right to confidentiality and will not communicate anything that is said within the privacy of our relationship with any third party, except where agreed with you or as required by law.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Detailed records will be kept of your sessions for the period of time stipulated by law, and we may use your contact information in relation to appointment reminders, newsletters, workshops, group events and other special offers. A detailed copy of the privacy policy is available on the IPIK website for you to read to understand how your data will be used.
TESTIMONIALS:
You agree that if you provide IPIK with a video testimonial, review, comment or feedback about your experiences on the Program, that this may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your testimonial, review, comment or feedback to be used for promotional purposes then please let IPIK know in writing.
GUARANTEES:
You recognise that IPIK and your Teacher/Mentor is dedicated to your success and that with aligned action and an open mind, you can create life-changing results. However, as with anything in life, there is no guarantee of results and your success will depend on your effort and choices made outside of the journey.
DISCLAIMER:
The ‘Intuitive Family Accelerator’ is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment by a qualified medical practitioner and it is important that you seek professional help if needed. At no point does this Journey claim to ‘heal’ you, but instead it will support you in your own self-healing and self-empowerment journey. The information provided is solely for education and personal development, and results are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for the actions, choices and decisions that you make based on this service, and any consequences as a result are your own.
GOVERNING LAW:
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You are fully aware that you are able to seek legal advice regarding this agreement and agree that you have had the time and opportunity to do so. Any dispute will be settled within Queensland and if necessary, will use Queensland Courts.
TERMINATION:
This agreement will terminate after the Program end date as detailed in this document, however all terms under the Confidentiality and Payment headings survive termination of this agreement. This means that both You and IPIK have the responsibility to honour confidentiality after the termination of the agreement.
If any part of this Contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a Court, the rest of the Contract remains fully operational and enforceable subject to the termination clause.
